Refund Policy

  • Content Mismatch: If the digital content received does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • Content Downloaded or Streamed: Once digital content is downloaded or streamed, it is considered used, and no refund will be issued unless there is a technical error.
  • Trial Subscriptions: Free trials or promotional offers are non-refundable.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for cases where you have simply changed your mind or decided the content is no longer needed.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at contact@aubergineslab.com within the eligible refund period, providing your purchase details and reason for the refund request.
  2. We will review your request within 7 business days and inform you of the outcome via email.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-10 business days.

4. Additional Terms

  • Payment Gateway Fees: Please note that any fees charged by payment gateways (e.g., credit card transaction fees) are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period. Your access to the service will continue until the end of the subscription term.

5. Modifications to the Refund Policy

Aubergines Lab reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
